Joe Caufield, one of our local fisherman, supplies Deep with all our lobster and crab. We also get all our venison from an independent farmer in Wexford. All desserts made on site by our patisserie chef Eamon Keane.
For €23.50 for 2 courses per person Deep offer an amazing value Early Bird Menu which runs all day and night, Monday to Friday. The Early Bird Menu also runs until 6.45pm on Saturday evening. With choices of 7 starters and 7 main courses you will be spoilt for choice. One of the reasons why booking early is a must! Please note that our Early Bird menu is not available on Bank Holidays.
