In the immortal words of Sly & The Family Stone, Deep is a bit of a “family affair”. The owners Debbie & Brendan O’Connor have been married for more years that they can care to remember and like to think of the restaurant as an extension of their own passion for food, surrounding themselves with staff who feel the same.

Brendan has had a long career in design and bespoke furniture manufacturing, one which shines through in the unique style of Deep’s interior.

Debbie is no stranger to style either and was a hairdresser in Howth for 10 years before snipping in to the restaurant business.
